Community is key when one is looking to consciously expand and let go of grief, guilt and shame. You may feel like you are all alone and you may want to stay hidden away, but please remember there is help and you must ask for it.
In today's video, I'm sitting in the woods behind Flow Country Studios reflecting on the end of winter and the darker periods of my life.
I have a lot of gratitude for the support I've had through this most recent part of my journey, the wisdom gained and the nurturing received.
