It requires authenticity (to the best of our ability), vulnerability, courageous action, and communication.
I have resisted taking responsibility and leadership role of my life, and it's been reflected in my body, relationships, and my outer reality.
All is 'pushing' me on my path toward my highest success, and living a life of my dreams - I know this intellectually, embodying it is another story!
