The Body is always talking

For me, it started young. I was born with a bone protruding from my chest — an unusual marker that made me deeply body-aware before I even had words for it.
I discovered the power of movement early on. Lifting weights in my pre-teens gave me confidence and eased my anxiety. It showed me that my body wasn’t something to hide, but something to listen to and enjoy.
In my early 20s, I instructed spin classes and ran bootcamps to inspire others in their bodies…. that listening deepened through becoming a yoga instructor and teaching classes in my basement and parks.
In my 30s, it expanded into holistic nutrition, qi gong, sound, and colour as medicine.
Fractures Scars and shifts along the way only sharpened that awareness, each one reminding me to pay attention.
Now, living by the ocean, I begin each day with fascia + nervous system practices on the shore.
Like the tide outside my float home, my body whispers its own rhythm. And when I listen, it always says: thank you.
✨ Your body is always talking too. What is it whispering to you today?
