Super Short Sweaty Leg & Glute Workout


I wasn't in the mood for a workout, but knew it was what I needed!

I pushed myself to do just a short little workout and it felt really good once I got going!

I got really sweaty in a short period of time and the next day my legs really felt it!

So I know it was worth while :)
