Truth is an interesting word these days. What is truth?
I've been exploring for some time what MY truth even means. Perhaps in some ways it's always evolving and in another it's always the same. The simplest answer is love.
Perhaps because it is so simple, we forget how to truly value this human experience.

I was at a Clearly Conscious retreat in Hockley Valley with 20 other fellows and many quantum sound devices that assist with harmonizing energy fields.

It was a stunning experience to feel harmony and love across cultures, gender, generations and sexual orientation. I remember going off on my own for a hike one afternoon and just bursting with tears of gratitude for the expansive feeling that was cultivated those days.
It truly is the simple things in life that bring so much beauty to the human experience.
